Nothing denotes 鈥榖elonging鈥� as much as wearing the uniform of the School. Our uniform symbolises the tradition, respect, and achievement of past and current staff and boys of BGS.

It听is important that the uniform is always neat and clean, never shabby or sloppy. You are听judged by the way the uniform is worn, so boys are expected to wear it correctly with a sense of pride.

Summer Academic Uniform听

  • Boys must wear their blazer to and from school.
  • Boys wear shorts or trousers during summer.
  • Boys wear short-sleeved shirts during summer, only secondary school boys wear their tie.
  • Boys need correct formal socks with the Academic uniform.
  • Boys must wear black leather (conventional style) school shoes. Sneakers, runners or casual shoes are not acceptable.听

Winter Academic Uniform

  • Boys must wear their blazer to and from school.
  • Boys may wear either shorts or trousers during winter.
  • Boys need correct formal socks with the Academic uniform.
  • Secondary School boys may wear either long-sleeved or short-sleeved shirts during winter with their tie.
  • Junior School boys must wear long-sleeved shirts during winter with their tie.
  • Boys must wear black leather (conventional style) school shoes. Sneakers, runners or casual shoes are not acceptable.听

On campus store

Our on-campus Uniform Shop is currently closed due to building works.

The Hampton store will be open as per regular trading hours, with instore, online and a click and collect service available for parents.

A free weekly delivery service will also be offered to 小黄瓜资源站 families for online orders and will be delivered to your son鈥檚 nearest reception point every Friday morning during term time. Home/office delivery will also continue to be available through Australia Post for a nominal charge.

Second hand Uniform

BGS is conscious of the need to provide an efficient process for families to be able to buy and sell their uniforms. 听

We are very pleased to let you know of the school鈥檚 new initiative to provide parents with the ability to trade second-hand items via the Sustainable School Shop website.

Enjoy a more comprehensive and convenient method of trading your son’s pre-loved items.

路听听听听 List wanted ads for those items you are looking to buy
路听听听听 The school鈥檚 uniform lists are loaded into the system to make listing ads easy
路听听听听 The system matches the ads of buyers with sellers and notifies the buyer via email
路听听听听 Buyers contact sellers and arrange where and when to trade.

The school is providing this service to our community; when registering on the Sustainable School Shop you need to nominate 小黄瓜资源站 to receive your subscription.

Alternatively, the Friends of Music second hand uniform donations and sales also operate independently via this website, and all proceeds go back into initiatives and resources for the BGS Music Department.

Stock available from the BGS Friends of Music team are also listed on the Sustainable School Website, however volunteer parents and helpers are happy to be contacted directly via bgs.fom.shus@gmail.com听to check availability.
