The latest research suggests that boys\u2019 reading engagement has dropped over the past 10 years and that boys are less motivated to read and report enjoying reading less than in the past.<\/p>\n

This is problematic because reading has so many academic and wellbeing benefits. Young readers need support and it is important in the busyness of our lives, that we consciously provide the space and time needed for our boys to succeed as readers.<\/p>\n
